Storage Management
The storage industry has embraced DMTF's standards as the foundation for the successful management of storage technologies in the heterogeneous data center.
The Storage Management Initiative Specification (SMI-S) is developed by the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) to standardize interoperable storage management technologies, based on the rich foundation provided by the DMTF’s CIM and WBEM. For more information, visit the SNIA’s SMI-S Web page.
