Registration

Space is limited for this event so if you are interested, please register early. The first 30 people to submit their registration form will be able to attend the event. We will also create a waiting list once the 30 slots have been filled.

This event is being sponsored by the Distributed Management Task Force to help defray the total cost. A fee is required to cover the remaining dinner portion of the cost for this event. Attendees will be given a receipt for this dinner portion. Registration is $50.00 USD per person. Payment information is available on the registration form. If you choose to pay in person on the day of the event, you will still need to submit the registration form in advance.

This event will have a pre-selected menu. If you will be attending this event and have any food allergies or restrictions, please let us know by Wednesday, October 10th. We will do our best to accommodate specific needs.
